Quick and easy visit, knowledgeable staff and very helpful.

My husband and I were highly satisfied with the service we received. We were given a friendly welcome from Sarah on arrival at the store. We were offered a drink, we discussed what we were looking for and Sarah suggested using the sleepmatch to determine what sort of mattress we needed, this we did. We were then shown to various beds and mattresses that matched the results from the sleepmatch. We were also offered a pillow to try out while on the bed. Overall it was a pleasant experience and quick to finalise the sale.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Sarah was so lovely and helpful! She made us feel at ease and gave us all the information and options we needed to make our decision. We took a while choosing and nothing seemed too much effort and we did not feel rushed. Same with Darren. Both were super friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them both at Dreams Knaresborough

The staff were so helpful and friendly, made choosing a new mattress easy, and the Sleep Scanning machine was fun!

Both staff members were amazing. Friendly, polite, professional, very knowledgeable. Not at all pushy. Cannot praise either one enough (and no we have never met either one before) from walking in to walking out it was effortless and a pleasure.
