Darren the sleep expert was friendly and knew what he was doing, he also had a fantastic sense of humour and was open to spend as much time as needed for us to make the right choice!

Advice given seemed honest knowledge of staff was good and reassuring time spent choosing the correct mattress was fair given the option of choosing from a good arrange of products left the store feeling confident we had made the correct choice.

Chris at the new Knaresborough store was an absolute pleasure and a credit to your staff. Brimming with knowledge & personal experience. He especially respected our 10yr old daughter and helped her choose a new headboard for her existing bed. He was truly lovely and obviously not wanting us to just buy the most expensive option. He was extremely attentive, even cutting his break short when we returned later in the day on our 2nd visit. He was fun, and relaxing to deal with & respectful to us throughout. An absolute pleasure.

We visited the Knaresborough store with has only been open a few weeks and it is lovely and well laid out. Staff are very friendly on arrival and then offering assistance. We accepted Darren’s offer of help and couldn’t have been more pleased. He was super knowledgeable, didn’t try force a sale and was very understanding of our needs and wants.

After one nights sleep it was no improvement on my quality of sleep than my last mattress. It was harder than the one in the shop and has not opened up after 24 hours I have been told to keep it for 30 days and if not right they will change it I told them I was not satisfied with that and wanted my money back they said against shop policy. Which means I put my old mattress on and wait 30 days to get a different mattress when the sale will be over. Not Sarah's fault she was very helpful and patient.

The lady was new so maybe not as experienced, fast and knowledgable as could have been but all got to start somewhere

I arrived for my appointment on time but staff member was dealing with someone else. A member of staff from Feather & Black was helpful and and after a few minutes another Dreams staff member came to help me.
