Very good layout of store. The assistant Gina was excellent excellent explaining and excellent overall knowledge of the products.

Gina was very welcoming but in no way pushy. She explained the "colour coding" system and then left us to make up our own minds after telling us that she was ready to come and help in any way, if we should need her. Sure enough, she was able to explain that we couls have a choice of materials for the headboard design we preferred and then costed the 4 drawer and the ottoman options (I couldn't make up my mind which one I wanted! When I finally did make a decision she took us through the ordering and delivery process very professionally and explained the process we could use if we needed the old bed taking away. All in all, a stress-free shopping experience.

We found Ruby at the Kings Lynn store to be warm and friendly. Very helpful. She worked us a price out on the Monday eve and was not at all pushy allowing us the time to go home and mull it over that evening and the following day - when we then rang her again and said there were a couple of things we would like to change, if we could perhaps come in again to discuss this, would she be able to arrange a different way to work the discounts out? She said she would look into it by the time we were able to get to store. Which she duly had and we were satisfied with the new quotation and were happy to proceed. She also makes a cracking cup of tea!

We were served by Ruby, she was very relaxed and cheerful. We were free to look around without any pressure. The products were just what we were looking for, very good quality and very stylish. Looking forward to getting them.

I walked in the store honest about visiting the bed shop next door where I was pounced on and pestered! The young girl Ruby I think and Chrid listened to exactly what I was after. I only went in to buy a mattress but was so happy about the way they sold me the bed too. Absolutely extremely professional and their hospitality towards not just me but my partner and 2 children was fantastic.

Gina, at the Kings Lynn store, and her colleague Ruby were brilliant. Friendly, knowlegable, good humoured and did not cramp us when brousibg the store. Ruby also made a great cup of tea!! Well done at Kings Lynn and to the store manager too.

Your representive Brook, was excellent obtaining information and guiding us through the minefield of different types of mattresses and pillows. Gave us space to try the mattresses. A cup of coffee was much appreciated. Thoroughly went through all paperwork. We had problem finding the store, as on your website it appears to be on the other side of the road. In another retail Park. We did mention it to Brook who got one of her colleagues to check and it appeared to be in the main road. So it does need sorting out.
