Very professional and welcoming staff. Every stage of the process, from arriving in store to receipt of the mattress purchased, was excellent. Served in the King's Lynn store by Kacey (Hood) who took me through every step of the Sleepmatch process and then provided a list of suggested mattresses. I was given as much time as needed to try out the recommendations and Kacey was very knowledgeable, helping me to make an appropriate choice.
