Excellent friendly staff who were professional and informative.

Friendly staff and very helpful

The store was well set out and it was easy to view the beds and mattresses. However the main reason for being highly satisfied was because Gina the sales assistant was excellent and her customer service second to none. Her product knowledge, explanation of guarantees, delivery details and overall friendly personality made the whole shopping experience a delight.

Brook was friendly and very knowledgeable. She interacted with us showing interest in our day and what we have planned for the weekend. It felt genuine rather than the usual salesperson speak. We began to trust her opinion for our needs. Even though there was a computer glitch, Brook checked with other stores to ensure it wasn't a local issue. Next time we return to Dreams we'll be asking for Brook Bailey.

Product knowledge and helpfulness

Ruby was very helpful and friendly. She took time to show us the different types of mattresses and explained their make and firmness etc.

Both my husband and myself suffer with back and leg problems. Our present mattress is like sleeping on a brick even with a mattress topper. We weren't sure what sort of mattress we needed and the assistant was very helpful. We have yet to have the mattress delivered, so have not tried the mattress , but have high hopes after reading the reviews.

The sale assistant was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable but not "pushy".
