We were able to buy a mattress that suited us at an appropriate price for our budget. The Sales person Gina was knowledgeable and friendly.

My wife and I were warmly greeted on arrival in the store and were quickly shown the various bed mattresses we were looking for. Without normal sales pushing were told to browse and take our time. Coffee was offered but we declined. The assistant, Gina then came and waited patiently until we had tried a number of mattresses. Having found what we were looking for she then quickly went through paying and delivery details. The mattress was then delivered very conveniently on the 26th Dec only 4 days after purchase. The guys delivering were very helpful and pleasant - and perfectly on time for the promised arranged time. A great big thank you to all of them

Your assistant Ruby was very helpful in helping us to chose the product that we required, she explained everything in detail that we wanted to know. She was very pleasant with a lovely smile, you don't get enough of that these days, she was fantastic, and the cup of tea was very nice to.

I paid 2 visits to this particular shop and received courteous, professional advise and information on each case. My first visit on 25 Nov 2016, I was guided by a female member of staff, Gina Winch. She provided me with reliable answers to all my questions and offered advise when needed. It was her professionalism and knowledge that spurred me to return to purchase a replacement mattress. On 26 Dec 2016 I again visited this shop and was attended by a man, by the name of Chris; I believe he was the duty manager. Having explained my previous visit and again tested the comfort of the mattress I sought his advice as to whether they had any other mattresses that met my requirements. I was guided to one and after testing it, decided to purchase the item. The purchase procedure was rapidly and proficiently undertaken. When informed that the mattress was to be delivered two days later I was delighted. Today, 28 Dec 2016, my mattress was delivered on time and the old one removed without any issues. Overall I'm very pleased with the whole experience.

Chris at the Kings Lynn store was very helpful, we discussed what we were looking for and he showed us the various options available to us. We did not feel rushed and we tried each bed several times before making a decision. While in store we decided to purchase new pillows as well, and once again Chris explained the various options available and which pillows were most suited to our choice of mattress.

From the moment of entering the store we were greeted with smiles,GINA greeted us and gave us a good tour around the beds of our requirement, fully giving us the information needed. GINA then requested that we spend as much time as we needed to lay on the beds and left us until we were ready to give our order. We placed our order whilst drinking tea provided. All very smoothly dealt with. Thank you GINA & DREAMS.
