We were welcomed into the store by very friendly staff who were available to answer questions but did not make us feel pressured. They took time to ascertain our needs and gave good advice.

Well done Kings Lynn Store! Gina was an absolute star! no hard sell and not 'pushy' she had excellent product knowledge and such a lovely manner.. to be honest we were only looking to try out the Tempur mattresses and had the intention of buying direct from Tempur online but we were so impressed with Gina we just had to give her our business

Myself and my other half were Highly Satisfied with our visit to the King' Lynn branch of Dreams. Intially we first looked on the website but this was a bit confusing as when looking for Kingsized mattress and selected the option it would display single bed pricing. We decided that it would be better to seek assistance and try out suitable mattresses, the local assist, Ruby made us feel very welcome and provided refreshments. Whilst carrying out the order everything was explained in an easy manner. Our order was finalised very quickly with all paperwork and email confirmation.

Assisted by Brooke, helpful with matress knowledge and time given to decide. Clear to tell me the bed frame I wanted was online but gave me space to look at other bed frames.

Having explained what we wanted we were shown mattresses that met our requirement. The mattresses were clearly marked therefore we knew what we would have to pay. We were able to try out the mattresses which gave us confidence in what we were ordering.

The lady that helped us choose he matteress was very polite and answered our questions promptly and advised us of different options. We was then left to make our own minds up and going o lady when decided. Very friendly and helpful lady
