Dreams - Kings Lynn

We had been to several other stores on the same day and when we went into dreams Gina came to help and advise us on what we were looking for. She was not in any way trying to be too pushy and we felt she was honest and trusted which made us decide within five minutes of getting a written quote from her, to go back into the store and make our purchase......oh and husband loved the coffee offered too! Excellent service and knowledge.

The service, assistants Knowledge and attention we received when visiting your store I would say was exemplary. We felt very comfortable with your staff in the store in particular Gina who closed the sale with us. We never felt rushed or under pressure at any time during the visit. The delivery time was surprisingly speedy and the removal of our old mattress was very convenient. We have visited several stores for the mattress etc. so we more or less knew what we wanted and as the products came at the best available price it was a done deal!
