Friendly staff who knew what the product was all about.

We were served by Ruby who was such a breath of fresh air. Ruby was very helpful and friendly. This was the first shop we went into and Ruby spent quite some time with us. Obviously we did try another store for knowledge and price comparison, there were some deals to be had but we both felt that we would rather return to deal with Ruby in dreams.

Gina, the assistant who helped me, was extremely approachable, friendly without being over friendly, believable and knowledgable. I walked away feeling I had purchased something that will improve my life! Money worth spent and felt I had got a good deal

I had already looked online and knew what I wanted. On entering the Dreams Store, King's Lynn, I was greeted by Good Morning' and Ruby came to assist me. I told Ruby what I wanted, she led me to the relevant item and answered all my question without hesitation. We then went on to place the order and arrange a delivery date, all carried out without any fuss. I think the whole thing only took about 20 minutes and I couldn't fault Ruby - polite, helpful and good customer service skills.

Because of the knowledge that Gina, our Sales Assistant in the King's Lynn Store had regarding our interest in Tempur Beds which led to us buying A King Size one there and then.

First rate staff. Knowledgeable and friendly.

The young man assisted my daughter and I when we visited your store. He was very good and even offered us a cup of tea.

Entering the store with 2 young children inevitably means time is ticking. Signage everywhere we were fortunately approached by Gina who identified our needs and showed us through the store, left us to try and returned to us. Prior to our visit an online glance showed a mattress we liked within our price range, it became apparent that the cheaper Silentnight mattresses weren't instore but Gina guided us through terminology and found the most similar items for us to try and offered sound advice. We were really impressed with Gina; approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and genuine - none of the hard sell or scripted nonsense, a lovely warm girl, who even made us all a very welcome drink while the transaction was processed! The 2 other staff seemed really pleasant too. I hope Dreams value their staff so they can keep them because you have some good ones!

Brook and Gina were extremely helpful but not at all pushy. Brook gave us all the information we required and made us feel very welcome, even making us a coffee while we had a good lie down on the bed. She is an asset to your company.
