Gina who assisted us at our visit to the store as well as taking our telephone order was very polite and welcoming. She helped us find the type of mattress we were looking for and made the experience pleasant. It was refreshing to be assisted without he feel of being pushed into making a sale or picking the most expensive items.

Immediately upon entering the store I was offered assistance by a Dreams worker named Gina. The worker was extremely helpful and patient while I decided on a mattress to purchase. I was happy with the manner in which details and options were explained to me throughout the process.

Both Gina and Chris in the Kings Lynn store were very helpfully and friendly. Gina took the time to show us different options as we were not sure what we wanted and she was very knowledgeable about the different beds and mattresses. We were give plenty of time to think about the purchase, which is a lot of money to spend (£1500) and we were impressed with the different finance options available.

Chris was very lovely and understanding to what we wanted. Showed us all the different mattresses that would suit our needs and answered all our questions

I was looking for a Tempur mattress so thought I would start my search at Dreams then move to other retailers. I was so impressed with friendliness and knowledge of your staff I did not need to visit any other store. My wife and I were made to feel very welcome in the store and that nothing was too much trouble. On the Saturday I tried out different Tempur mattresses then retunred home to double check the bed size. I did however purchased 6 Tempur pillows from Gina. My wife and I returned on the Sunday and purchased 2 Tempur mattress from Chris. I can honestly say both Gina and Chris provided a first class service, they are assets to your company. I was very happy with the price quoted and looking forward to a good nights sleep. I will not hesitate to recommend the store and staff to friends.

Gina the Sales assistant was very professional/helpful and knowledgeable. She was also friendly and had a good sense of humour. We would definitely come here again and recommend to our friends and family.

There was good product information and it was easy to identify which mattresses the different information related to. The staff gave useful additional explanations.
