Quite simply - The staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with such a happy atmosphere in the place and between staff; we even got a cup of tea! The bed has not yet been delivered so there is still scope for things to go wrong. But we set out to buy a bed and had already walked out of two shops; the first one there was no one to serve us, the second we felt we were being pressed into buying something they clearly wanted rid of. The other factor was - you dispose of old beds, albeit at a charge. People simply do not have the means to do this themselves, and don't want old beds in the front garden whilst they await council removal. So that ticked another important box. The shop was big enough to hold stock but not so huge as to be daunting. Easy to find, park, and excellent service!

Gina who served us was most helpful, very knowledgeable about the products, and keen to assist in any way possible. All in all a very pleasing experience

Friendly staff, quick to explain what was available then left us to look and try out matresses. Simple order process and arranging delivery. Given free pillows. Overall very polite and helpful staff.

I visited the store on two occasions and after getting very positive feedback from Ruby I returned a day later where I was served by Chris. I found him extremely helpful and know legible on all the product range.After a nice coffee he made we went through the buying process, once again he explained everything in detail. This was my first visit to your store,very impressed.Would I go back,YES. Am going to buy some Tempur pillows.
