The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and made the whole shopping experience wonderful. We spent quite a while talking to all the three members of staff in the store at that time and all took an interest in us as customers listened to what our needs were and match our needs to the product. The colleague who served us, Duane, was new to the store. His product knowledge was very good. He was well supported by his store manager Chris to complete our order as part of his training. Both colleagues were courteous and friendly and enhanced our experience.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the manager Chris he asked us what we were looking for showed us and explained different products till we found the one we liked

Dream's colleague was new, only being in his second week of employment. He, Vadim, was extremely friendly - informed me of his being new, and was very conscientious in ensuring he gave me the information I required and the quality of my required mattress. The store manager, Chris, was always in the background ensuring Vadim had a point of contact if my questions or requests became too difficult for him to answer due to his 'newness'. The information was clearly passed to me and the purchase was made. All round a very satisfactory transaction.
