GOOD PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. THIS ORDER WAS ONE OF TWO PLACED ON THE SAME VISIT AND WAS DEALT WITH SEPARATELY DUE TO PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AFFECTING DELIVERY DATES. THIS WAS EXPLAINED IN FULL PRIOR TO PLACING THIS ORDER WHICH I APPRECIATED RATHER THAN DREAMS TAKING THE MONEY AND THEN SAYING DELIVERY WOULD BE DELAYED AS HAD HAPPENED AT A RIVAL RETAILER EARLIER THAT DAY. I DIDN'T MAKE ANT PURCHASES THERE.

Good range of products, salesman had good knowledge of them all and talked through them without trying to influence our decision. as it was we spent far more than expected but this has been vindicated since receiving the products. At no time did we feel rushed by the salesman.

Excellent service with a smile from the moment we walked in the door. Nothing was too much trouble. Very satisfied overall having purchased a pillow and a new £1791 mattress despite being way over our budget. Just hope it helps to resolve my back issues. The staff (Brook) was very understanding regarding this, trying to give me best advice possible.

We were greeted by Brook who was very friendly. She was not pushy in any way and was very familiar withe product we had chosen. The ordering was quick and went smoothly. As part of our order was being covered by an insurance claim Brook was ably assisted by Chris who prepared the invoice to make it clear which items were to be allocated to the insurance company. We were well looked after including the provision of tea and coffee.

Thank's to Gina being very friendly helpful making me feel at ease with the help of choosing of the mattress she knows her job & is very good at it will recommend dream's to all family & friends
