Dreams - Kings Lynn

When I walked into you Dreama store in Kings Lynn at 9am on Monday morning I was greeted by Gina and introduced to Chris. The welcome from you staff coupled with the knowledge of your products made for a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for which I am extremely grateful, it is very rare to find staff that genuinely care for customers as they did, they made me feel like family. I can only say thank you to Dreams and ask that you pass on my thanks to Gina for her knowledge and advice and to Chris for his imput and the coffee. 😊.

The staff were (chris) very good in explaining the beds and what mattresses would suit us and about all the deals

We were greeted by gina she was friendly and knowledgeable and did her best to sort everything we needed as well as enjoying a laugh and joke with us in fact all the staff present were very friendly

Great all round feel in the store, both staff on duty were incredible, chatty and had a brilliant product knowledge

Very helpful but not over-zealous sales staff informative but not pushy. Most pleasant. Brook gave us all the information for which asked but most importantly gave us the space to make our decision. Very friendly and professional.

Gina served us, she was friendly and knowledgeable.

The young girl was very understanding and left us to it until we had decided. She explained everything very well and was patient with us as we are both in our 80s.

We was extremely happy with the assistance we received from Brook, she was not pushy and allowed us to take our time. She stayed and helped us past the working hours of the store and knew enough to answer our questions or direct us to where we could find the answers.

We walked in to the shop, knowing we wanted a new bed. We were not pounced upon, which is great because hubby likes to take his time, after a short time Brook the sales girl came over and asked if we would like some help, as the last time we were out buying a new bed was several years ago it was all a bit overwhelming. Brook explained that we needed to take our time choosing a new bed as it's very important to get it right. She explained the differences and left us to try out the beds. It's always a bit embarrassing laying on beds in shops. It's such a personal thing to buy. But Brook had made us feel so at home we felt ok. We had a good look around and had plenty to choose from, Brook also explained that we could mix and match bed bases, draws or ottoman style. I must say Brook made the whole experience a very pleasant one. B317
