Gina was very helpful she explained the system of colours identifying the deferent of beds which is easy to understand. We were made to feel very welcome and would definitly shop there again.

On entering the store we were Immediately approached by a sales assistant who showed great patience and understanding while with us though not. Being pushy. We were later also helped by the store manager,and were offered and accepted a cup od tea. We were there for quite a while and during this time the staff could not have been more helpful and understanding. This is probably why we bought the merchandise in the end. The bed arrived on the day promised,delivered by two men in a van. These men were the equivalent of the people in the store. We also noted that these men removed their shoes before climbing our stairs. All round very satisfactory.

After the service we got from our visit the week before to buy a bed frame we decided to come and see the mattress you had in stock. We didn't plan on buying a tempur mattress but couldn't fault your sales team and managed to get one with a credit agreement. The staff took their time to help with the process and answered all our questions.

Really knowledgeable staff, Thanks Brook! Not commission pushing sales, just really outstanding customer service from start to finish. Really impressed! Was so impressed I bought the bed and mattress same day rather than thinking a few days. Quality products and quality service!! Definitely credit Brook who sold me it and Chris the store manager who was also very helpful.

Brook was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs, it was because of her we purchased from dreams and not one of your competitors. Her product knowledge was excellent, we never knew there was so much to know about beds. She also makes a good cup of tea!
