The staff were brilliant in helping with a simple spare room mattress. Was in a rush and was in and out of the shop in probably 10 minutes with a better mattress than I initially went in for.

The product I wanted was not available for the date required. The salesman talked me through other products and spent time discussing my needs and what was available within the timescale and was knowledgeable on the products in store

Brook's product knowledge was very good. However we did not feel that we were receiving a learned-by-heart spiel when dealing with her. Both members of staff were friendly rather than stand offish & made it considerably easier to make our minds up.
