From the moment we went in and were treated by Gina we were very happy. She spent time listening to us and we made sure that we selected the correct mattress for our needs. She was friendly police and at no time did we feel that she was being pushy. A stress free experience despite having our 2 young children with us. Thank you Gina.

Gina the store assistant was most helpful and polite. She understood my needs and her product knowledge was very high. Couldnt be happier with the friemdly approach and assistance she gave me. She deserves every credit.

the staff were very helpful especially as I have a bad back they didnt hurry us. Duane at the shop made it a pleasure to buy a new bed rather than a chore, we had shopped around and found it not such a good experience like Benson for beds where the sales person was speaking to us if he was reading a script he had learnt off by heart and said if we gave them our telephone number or email he could speak to his manager to get us more discount Haha. found that very insulting of our intelligence as they should offer the discount in the first place... I would recommend Dreams to anybody and Duane should be rewarded for his sales skills and we even got offered drinks and the store was clean and tidy

Christopher was extremely helpful _ he was friendly and knowledgeable - he was there to help wherever he could, without being intimidating or overbearing. All the staff we saw appeared to be happy at work - and all customers were looked after very well. We went into the shop with a fairly good idea of what we wanted to buy, and a pretty good idea of what we were prepared to spend, and we came away extremely happy with our purchase. We will definitely reccommend this branch.
