Dreams - Kings Lynn

We were served by Paul at Kings Lynn Branch. We found his assistance to be excellent. I can't abide pushy salespersons but Paul's approach was perfect giving us time to choose while being attentive without being overbearing. He was friendly and knowledgeable and we were happy with the choice and quality of the beds available.

Overall a good experience given that I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Sales assistant was very helpful but on his own on a busy Sunday. He was completing a sale when we entered, seeing to us, and assisting another customer at the same time.

Staff were welcoming and very helpful.

The visit to the store was hassle-free and we achieved what we wnated very quiclky.

Kercy jo hood was fantastic so helpful and courteous I literally went to get an idea of what I could get for £800-£1000 as like beds on eBay. She asked me to take 3 minutes on ur body design bed and it would tell me what would be best I ended up paying £2577 nearly treble my budget but I was so happy to have her service and the products she suggested even I kept saying I had to go as I had told my mother I would be at hers she still didn’t get flustered and spent the time to complete my needs and beyond. I’m a small car dealer and been in sales for 32 years and she is a credit to your company so if she makes any small mistakes stick by her because there is not many better sales advisers out there

Very polite and knowledgeable staff helping us to choose the right mattress they listened and advised and moved mattresses onto divans so we could try them

Very satisfied, throughout my visit to Dreams. The manager of Dreams served me, he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products in store. The mattress which I bought was very good quality and even when leaving the manager helped me out of the store with other things I have mouthy. Would recommended this store to anyone.
