Dreams - Kings Lynn

The assistant that served us was very informed and knowledgeable with the products he showed us to the information we gave him what we looking for.

When we arrived in store we were given professional and courteous advice on what to look for in a mattress. We were given plenty of time and never felt pressured into buying there and then. We were encouraged to try every type and style of mattress and even to come back later as we weren't sure. It was this professional approach to sales that ensured we returned to and bought from dreams. Gina the sales girl was highly professional and very friendly, I would like to say she is a credit to your business, it is rare you meet someone who has such a flare for customer relations.

Friendly, helpful staff without being overbearing, gave information then left us to wander around the store in peace, when placing the order this was smoothly handled and when done they checked with us that we were happy with everything, definitely will return in the future

We visited Dreams store in Kings Lynn on two occasions and dealt with Chris and Brooke who were extremely helpful in both visits, could not fault their service and their advice that was given, placed order on second visit.

Served by a very nice and extremely knowlegable and helpful member of staff Gina she and another member of staff went above and beyond to help us by swapping mattresses on beds for us to try in till we found the right one for us. I cannot praise them enough.I would definitely recommend this store and staff.

I was seen in less than 5mins. Brook (she the girl in the shop) was very pleasant,knew about products in the shop and was very helpful. I was offered tea or coffee I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Friendliness of staff at kings Lynn store, Brooke and Gena, very knowledgeable, helpful without being pushy, allowing us to make an informed decision in our own time. Will certainly be back to see them when we refit our bedroom next year.

I had Brook serve me she was very helpful and friendly and nothing seemed to be too much of a problem for her. Her colleagues were also helpful as they wanted to show me another sofa bed...which I may buy later in the year.

On arrival at Dreams Kings lynn we were unsure of what we wanted exactly, having spent a few minutes wandering around we were approached by the sales person (Brook) who was lovely, friendly and not pushy in any way, she informed us about the mattress ratings etc and said try out as many beds as you need, grab pillows and make yourselves comfortable, as at the end of the day it is your bed and you need to be satisfied, she made our daughter (11 years) feel very welcome as well, trying out all the beds as we needed. After 10/15 minutes trying out the beds we could not decide ( so we left went 2 doors down and looked around another bed store, who were not as good) Brook welcomed us back, explained the 40 night if you don't like the mattress send it back policy, and invited us to try them out again until we were happy, we found what we liked, and all I can say is that we were given all information needed, the purchase transaction was smooth and easy, and we were made to feel at ease all the way through. Overall a fantastic bed buying experience will recommend to anyone, and will use again :)
