I visited your Kings Lynn Hardwick Road store and was greeted by Gina who was very polite and helpful, she explained all the different types of mattresses in full detail and showed me to the correct area for the type of bed I was looking for. I was offered tea or coffee whilst we were completing all the paperwork and Gina double checked everything that I had ordered to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend Dreams to my family and friends. It was a pleasure to shop in your store and a special thank you to Gina for all her excellent service.

The shop was bright and the staff were friendly and eager to offer the assistance that my wife and i required. The staff listen to our needs and pointed in the direction of the products that they believed would best suit our requirements.
