Gina was extremely helpful with good product knowledge. I found all the staff very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Was very impressed with the product knowledge also the friendly non pushy approach on selling the product. Felt comfortable coming back for second viewing knowing I wasn't going to pressurised into buying a bed.

We were not quite sure what we wanted, and the assistant gave us such a lot of help and plenty of time to keep trying out the beds until we found one which we were happy with.. We were not pressured into hurrying and even got a cup of tea. Overall we were very impressed with all the staff and would definitely use Dreams again.

We were given all the help and support that we required to make our purchase on the day, even though we hadn't actually decided to buy before we went to look. We found all the staff to be courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful especially Chris the manager.

The sales assistant Brook, explained the products thoroughly to us, gave us time on own own , but checked frequently to see if we had any queries. Brook was friendly and personable but professional in all aspects of her work.
