Chris the store manager was extremely helpful and very accommodating. He listened to what we needed and then spent time showing us all the options, never rushing us or putting any pressure on to buy. He even looked around and messaged other stores for a bed cover that was in the sale that was unavailable in the size we needed and has promised to let me know if one is found. We ended up buying more than we went into the store for, and this was down to Chris's demeanour and personality.

I was Highly Satisfied with my experience at Dreams because I was looking specifically for a product to accommodate my Hypnos Mattress. The salesperson had excellent knowledge of the products the store has for sale and helped me choose the correct base to accommodate my mattress.

Very helpful assistant. She understood my requirements, spoke of alternative offers but did not push me to go for higher priced choice just showed me what was available. It was a pleasure to deal with the assistant.

Duane, and then Chris, were understanding,and listened to our needs. Their knowledge of the products was confident and competent. All the staff are amazingly cheerful and seemed genuinely happy in their jobs. They did'nt sell us anything, they just helped us to buy what we wanted. Very thorough with all the paperwork and terms and conditions were explained very clearly and patiently.

We were greeted when we walked in by Vadim who asked what we were looking for, advised us then let us look round and take our time without hassling us. He was very polite and helpful. When we had decided what we wanted, he sorted our order quickly and efficiently.
