Gina form the kings lynn store was very helpful and informative nothing was to much trouble even made coffee

From the moment we entered the store Brook gave us all the information we needed for us to make a dissision on the purchase of a guest double bed and headboard.

The assistant (Brook) was very knowledgable and courteous

The salesman who approached us soon after entering the store, gave us the right amount of information about the types of mattresses, before leaving us to look at the products, try out mattresses etc and offered us coffee. He explained the products well, without using too much jargon. He left us to have a good look at the beds and mattresses without pressurising us, but was available to talk to when we had questions to ask. He was polite and courteous at all times.

Highly knowledgeable staff. Brook was very friendly and understanding. Listened to my needs and explained the options clearly. Let me test the product in store.

We visited our local Dreams store for advice on a replacement mattress. We were served by Gina who was very pleasant and knowledgeable on all the products we asked about. We entered the store about 11.30am and didn't leave until 2.20pm, the whole time Gina was there to answer our questions. This was the best service we have received in any store. Many many thanks.

Friendly team of staff who were all very knowledgeable and happy to assist in any way they could.

The staff were helpful friendly but not pushy. We were offered a drink and not rushed. In fact we made a few visits before making our final purchase.

As soon as i entered the store Vadim asked if i needed assistance. He was very pleasant and helpful answering all my questions, and unlike so many other salesmen and stores didn't try to push the most expensive item on me, as i'd explained i had a tempur mattress and just needed a new base with drawers for a couple of years until i needed a complete new bed.
