Vadim, dreams colleague, was very friendly and understood our price range, assembly And delivery porblems/needs. We were offered tea and coffee before we even decided we were going to buy which made us feel welcome, de-stressed and no pressure/rush to pick an item. We browsed multiple beds and Vadim was very accommodating with finding prices/deals/discounts even though we changed our minds a few times there was no frustration. Got given free assembly and pillows as Vadim kindly asked the manager (without us asking) if there were any free add-ons. All in all great experience and would buy from here again.

I rang in advance and at the store the young man (Duane) I had spoken to came forward and we chatted over a coffee while he processed the order. It was very friendly and efficient.

We were very pleased with the effort the staff put into tracking down items at other branches that we wanted to buy. We started off buying the largest tempur bed then returned and bought wardrobes and 2chest of drawers. We also bought 5 sets of bed linen which washes and wears very well. Next came the 2 bedside tables followed last week by 2 headboards.............. You can see we love your KingsLynn branch and staff, see you all again soon Gillian Kitchener
