Duane approached us as soon as we entered the store, was extremely friendly and asked if he could help. As soon as I walked in, i fell in love with the bed just inside the door but had been offered a mattress from Bensons for Beds next door. Duane found the nearest equivalent for us in the Dreams store and the area manager who was in store at the time, agreed to match the Bensons for Beds price. They even made my husband and me a cup of tea. Everyone was so friendly. placing the order was so easy and delivery time was 2 weeks (which isn't too long at all) although it is when you're desperate to sleep in the "Bedknobs and broomsticks" bed that you've wanted since childhood :). Anyway, fully satisfying experience and would definately recommend Dreams in Kings Lynn to friends and family.

The assistant was very helpful & we were not rushed or pushed into making a decision.

friendliness of staff i was allowed to walk round at my leisure with no hassle from staff who's name was CHRIS he was very knowledgeable of products in store which is very easy to get to.

We found Chris to be very knowledgable, he offered us information on the products available then allowed us to browse the products. This enable us to make relaxed and informed decision as to what suited our needs best and remain within our budget, whilst getting hands on with the products. His no pressure approach and honesty enabled us to confidently place the order in the confidence that our needs have been meet. A great service for which he is to be highly commended.
