Staff very friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions and concerns. Staff smart and clean, store clean and tidy. Would recommend Dreams to family and friends and will purchase again at Dreams.

The member of staff, Duane, in the Kings Lynn branch was very helpful and easy to talk to.

We were very satisfied with the friendly, knowledgable member of staff that served us, Duane.

Myself and my wife visited to look at changing our bed (10 yrs old). Asked if needed assistance in what were looking for so asked many questions about the products in trying to decide which may suit us. Gina was very knowledgeable about products and if didn't know an answer was very quick to find out and we never felt pressured to make a quick decision.On finding a bed we liked we asked if we could go away and think about it as we also wanted to see other places to see what may be of interest to us. This was not a problem to the staff in the store. Nothing of what we saw elsewhere could match price or quality of what we had seen in Dreams so we returned. Gina offered us a drink which was accepted( nice coffee) and then answered further questions which we had. The process of ordering our bed was easy and other questions explained. The whole process was very easy and at no time ever felt pressured in making quick decisions which may have been regretted at a later time .

The assistant greeted us when we arrived and explained where the different beds were located, and then stepped back to allow us to take our time looking at the mattresses. She was always available to answer questions and even turned off the industrial heating which was so hot and vigorous that you couldn’t actually look at the beds near to it.

Gina the sales representative was very very polite and helpful.me and my partner were made to be felt at home by her. She even made us a cup of coffee. Very knowledgeable at her job. So much we brought a mattress.

The staff were courteous, polite, helpful and friendly. They tried so hard to meet my needs but I understand this is not always possible. Would have liked not to wait quite so long for delivery but accept this is the case.

Customer service was excellent , very well informed employee and a relaxing attitude which made her very approachable
