Staff very helpful and polite, not pressured to buy but staff always there for assistance and guidance. Clean store with good selection.

Help and knowledge of salesperson

the staff member was very helpful, as we were finding it hard work to work out where to look within the store, she guided us to the separate types of mattresses and showed us the colour coded beds. She gave us a couple of pillows to use around the store and to try the different beds, explaining each one and the price. She gave us her opinion on the beds too, which helped make our decision.

Good service, offered a hot beverage.

Very attentive salesman, very helpful but not pushy

Gina in the King's Lynn store was great. Knew exactly what would suit our needs straight away. Felt very well looked after and could not have received a better service from start to finish.

Gina was extremely helpful in assisting us to make our choice of bed. As a salesman myself I was impressed by Gina's salesmanship in helping us make our decision without seeming pushy at all, a very efficient and friendly employee.

I was greeted by 2 staff when I went into the store both very pleasant professional mannered they said feel free to look around and left me to browse which made me feel comfortable and not pushed. When I was ready to ask questions a lady named Gina come to assist me immediately and listened to what I needed she then spent 20 minutes or so explain the mattresses to me she was bubbly and happy and made us laugh she knew what she was talking about and very quickly knew what I wanted. She then done the best thing she stepped away so I felt no pressure and where she had explained the colour guide so well I knew what I wanted. When I made my choice she came back to me and understood exactly what I wanted I chose the more expensive mattresses for me as I didn't feel pushed by her in anyway she was lovely and very inventive to my needs. I was then sat down and I needed a delay on delivery because I'm moving away and she said that was no problem whatsoever and chose the date I wanted. She explained about every detail on my policy and returns and whilst she processed the order the other lady spoke to me and interacted with me which was also a very nice touch. both staff offered drinks.
