Excellent staff looked after us well.

I was unsure as to which mattress to pick as i had been looking online and could not decide on the one that would best fit our needs. Spoke to the assistant in store and explained we where unsure, he advised what spring type would be best and what kind to try out and after going through a few different options left us alone to decide. He was very helpful knew the products and was not pushy in any way. Overall very good experience and would return in future for any other bed related needs.

Very impressed with the store. Assistant Vadim was very very helpful and very knowledgeable. Not intrusive, came to us when asked. We were offered coffee or tea when first arrived, lovely touch as choosing a bed is not something done quickly. The most important thing for us is Vadim had all the time for us we wanted. All in all a great experience.

I popped into your Kings Lynn branch and was met by a member of staff called Gina. She made our whole experience in the shop very pleasurable. She was well informed, polite, friendly and also had a wonderful personality. She showed us what we might want for our needs without any pressure. She made us feel very relaxed and welcomed. When we finally decided what bed was for us, Gona took is to her desk and walked us through what would happen next with a high level of professionalism. While other members of staff smiled and chatted to us as well.. Walked away from Dreams with a new bed and feeling great. Highly recommend this store and Gina. Great job!

The sales advisor Chris was very friendly, he wasn't pushy and he listened to my needs and requests very well. He even made me a cup of tea! Lovely lad and made my visit pleasurable.

I had used the chat line on the Dreams web site to find a mattress similar to the one bought from Dreams over eight years ago. However, I wanted to try the mattress before buying and so came to the King's Lynn Dreams store. This mattress was only available online but staff member (Gina) showed me two other mattresses that were similar to the one I had seen on the site. I liked one of these and bought it. Gina was very helpful, welcoming and friendly and the whole shopping experience was a delight rather than a chore. I did not feel pressured to buy and the purchase process was simple and straight-forward.
