We were not sure exactly what we wanted, but agent Gina was very knowledgeable, professional but friendly, with the capacity to hear us then recommend a solution to our requirements. Excellent service and great range of beds.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

The staff were very friendly, the salesman spent the whole time with us during our visit giving advise and understanding our needs. I am a salesman by trade and the balance of knowledge and sales talk was just right to allow us to make the right decision.

the staff were friendly without being intrusive, we initially looked round and left to look at another bed centre but that shop didn't feel friendly or inviting so we went straight back, it was so easy to work out what type each mattress was while placing our order your staff member Gina was very friendly and easy to talk to, she explained everything clearly and pointed out that if we had any further queries after we had left we could phone the store any time they were open and ask, or go online

I was looked after by Gina during my visit. I was only looking around for possible wardrobe options and was planning to visit a few other places before making my final decision, but the friendliness and helpfulness of Gina and her colleagues made me decide to go with my gut instinct and order there and then. Gina was very knowledgable and made the buying experience fun and interactive, meanwhile Chris made me a lovely coffee while my order was processed, and I chatted to other colleagues while I waited. Overall it felt like buying from people I already knew! 10/10 would buy again.

Everybody in the store was friendly and happy. The staff who served us was very helpful and not pushy and left us to discuss what we where about to decide to buy. The buying transaction was simple and quick with good delivery dates. On the whole a very relaxed and pleasant experience but then we where in Norfolk where everything is chilled.

The assistant had really good knowledge of the different types of mattresses and helped us to choose the one which best suited are needs. She also went out of her way to help us with pillow selection while trying out the products. She was very polite would leave us to decide and put our order through with speed and efficiency.

The staff member (Vadim) was very knowledgeable and very polite nothing was too much trouble. He also gave us time to look around on our own but was there when we needed help.

We found Chris the sales manager to be very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products, he had been very honest which helped us make an informed decision about our purchase. We didn’t feel pressured at any point during our first visit to the store which is what made us return the following day. We found there to be a variety of different products to suit everyone’s budget. The displays in store where clear and informative. All the staff were really friendly, we would most certainly recommend dreams to our friends and family.

Gina was very friendly and was able to help me decide which mattress suited me.
