The sales assistant (Gina) was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and going thru the sales process with her was a breeze.

We were served by the highly skilled Brook. She explained the aspects of the mattresses that we needed to know. She was very professional, had excellent knowledge of the products and was very patient as we took our time to choose the bed we wanted. We were offered a cup of tea or coffee and Brook was very attentive at making sure that we understood our options for mattresses, changing the mattresses if we were not satisfied. She advised us of our options and we felt that we were very valued customers.

As we walked in we were greeted by a very helpful assistant. She directed us to what we were looking for. Some of the beds were upstairs so she offered us the lift as I walk with a stick. She joined us upstairs and described each bed that met the criteria we were looking for.

When we first entered the shop we were asked if we needed any help but told the assistant that we were just browsing, he then left us to browse without bothering us, however as soon as we asked for help Duane was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The other assistants at the store were also very friendly and helpful (Gina, Vad and Brook). We felt that our purchase was valued even though it was not at the upper end of the price bracket.

Very friendly and informative member of staff (Chris), who took the time to explain everything about the products in detail, and didn’t pressure us into making a purchase we weren’t comfortable making. Great opportunity to ‘try before you buy’ with the products. Once we had made a decision, we were offered Tea/Coffee whilst we discussed the options available for payment. Would definitely use this store again, and recommend it to friends and family.
