There was plenty of choice of beds and mattresses which we were able to try. The member of staff gave us lots of information and assistance but left us to discuss and browse without trying to pressure us to buy. We were the only customers in the shop at the time. We were given coffee (lovely!). Ordering was quick and we were pleased with the quick delivery times.

Found what we where looking for on first visit

The sales assistant Gina was very knowledgable about the products and was very helpful and friendly without being over bearing or giving the hard sell. We had two young children with us and she kept them entertained while we shopped and decided. Nothing was too much trouble. She even picked up on the fact I was in the military and offered me the military discount which I was unaware of. Very quick service to place the order and I was impressed with the delivery time.

The assistant Gina was so friendly and polite, we have already bought a mattress from her, we came back to pick up a bed on a fantastic offer! Cup of tea was a nice touch!

We were helped by Brooke who was very helpful but not to over baring like a lot of other stores are. She explained all about the product I wanted which made my mind up pretty quickly. I would definitely shop there again.

When we walk into the store we were greeted nicely and taken through the product we ask for very well. nothing was any trouble. Had coffee and tea while paper work and explaining everything to us. Helped to the car with goods, also told if there was any problem phone or come into store and it would be sorted. very pleased I walk into that store.THANKYOU.

Not only were we offered coffee on arrival Chris the assistant helped me in the store and to the car afterwards as have difficulty walking and was a very friendly individual and most helpful with explaining the procedure for delivery etc which hopefully will be about a week.
