I found the staff member very helpful in explaining and discussing the various options in terms of bases and mattresses, and I believe we found an acceptable compromise in terms of quality and price. I also liked how "unpushy" he was.

Gina was extremely helpful and knowledgable and gained a full understanding of what we were looking for in a bed. I would say she went over and beyhond what we would have expected. She is an asset to your company. 5 stars!!!!!

The friendliness of the staff and help as i was on my mobility scooter. Brook helped us with all our needs and we didn't feel rushed at all. Would defiantly come back to Dreams next time we need a new bed

Chris the sales person was not pushy at all and this is the right attitude and what I expect when purchasing new products, he was very knowledgable and helped us with the complete sale in a professional manner.

I came aware with 2 beds at a good price

I came into store on the 8th August to look at beds, the staff were very helpful, I saw Brook on this first visit and she offered advice on mattresses and beds and gave me information about the size of the bed I was interested in so I could go home and check on the size. I then came back to store today and saw Brook again, she was again very helpful in fulfilling my order and offering me advice.

We were allowed to browse without being hassled but we were also offered a tea or coffee upon entrance to the store, which was a nice gesture. The assistant was very attentive and ordering was very easy and efficient. We were given a fitted sheet and two pillows for free with our order which was great. So all in all it was a successful trip and we would definitely return. Thank you Dreams!

The customer assistant and his manager were ver accommodating with me and my 2 year old daughter. She got to do some colouring which the manager printed out for her. She was also given a balloon which was very kind. The customer assistant that assisted me was very knowledgeable with the products and recommended things that would suit me.

Brook was extremely knowledgeable and narrowed choices down very quickly- shows true knowledge in the products. She didn't make us feel rushed. Her explanations of different types of mattresses were easy to understand.
