Gina the Kings Lynn assistant was highly knowledgeable and friendly.

The sales assistant treated us with curtesy and respect for our needs, knowledge of the item, was happy and bubbly, and generally made our visit a pleasure , her name was Gina I believe!!

My Mother is 84 yrs old and she was the customer. I accompanied her to the Dreams showroom at Kings Lynn as she is hard of hearing. The Sales assistant was very helpful, he showed my Mum suitable Mattresses and gave her time to try them and select one suitable for her. He then placed the order for her and at each stage he spoke clearly and slowly to ensure she understood everything. He also included some free products. The delivery date was arranged to suit my Mum and everything went very smoothly and my Mum is delighted with her new Mattress. We would definitely recommend Dreams to all our friends and family.

Gina was knowledgeable, gave us the time and space we needed to really satisfy ourselves that the mattress we selected was the best one for us, showed us other alternatives which we had not considered and was extremely helpful. An asset to the King's Lynn store.

The assistant was bright, cheerful, full of confidence, knew her products and guided us through our choices as well as the expert choice of the sleep machine. At no time did she push us to try one mattress over another, made us coffee and left us to talk and try out two or more of our choices to decide. Once our decision was made she went through the specification of the mattess of our choice as well as our second choice. Once we were happy the order was placed, finance arranged and delivery date chosen. She was more than happy to answer questions, seemed genuinely concerned and interested in us.

Gina, the assistant at Kings Lynn was very knowledgeable and assisted us at every step of the buying process. She also made a cracking cup of coffee!
