Brook was very helpful and help with all are needs for a mattress

The sales assistant, Gina, was extremely approachable and her warm and friendly attitude immediately made us want to discuss our requirements. Gina was understanding of our needs, knowledgeable of the products which met our needs and went that extra mile to ensure she was able to deliver exactly that. We had been to other stores before going to Dreams and thought we had found what we wanted at a cheaper price. However, Gina did not come across as a pushy sales assistant, there was no pressure on us at all - just a total willingness to help us get what we wanted and it was for that reason only that we chose to buy from Dreams.

WE VISITED THE STORE TWICE AND WAS LOOKED AFTER ON BOTH OCCASIONS BY BROOK WHO WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

I had occasion to revisit store under the comfort trial period to choose another mattress. We couldn’t be more pleased with the help and assistance given in making our choice and understanding our needs. Whilst there we decided to purchase the Sleep Napp to better understand sleep patterns and what we can do to improve them.

Both members of staff were welcoming and displayed excellent product knowledge. They were professional and not at all pushy. They allowed us to browse at our own pace and offered assistance when necessary. We had planned to visit competitor outlets to view their products but the staff made us feel valued and we came away happy that we had been given honest, helpful advice which lead to our purchase. We have since returned to purchase additional items from the store.

The staff were friendly, helpful and took time to talk to me about all the different type of beds and mattress i could go for.

Vadim was very helpful and it was a good experience to buy from the kings lynn store.He made it all very easy to get us what we required, I would allways go again as I have bought items from them before, Thank you
