Gina served us. She gave the right level of service, eg, the information we needed to go and look for ourselves, but also left us alone to make our choice. She is a credit to your team. Very personable and professional. Would highly recommend the King's Lynn store to family and friends. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have received in a long time.

The lady that took care of us was super friendly and made us fill very well wich in turn made us more confortable with buying the product. I went to de store to buy 2 eve mattresses and ended up buying 1 eve and a tempur. I believe the lady that took care of us was Gina. I would recommend anyone to go and try the mattresses and buying them from store.

we were greeted as soon as we entered the store, the types of mattresses available were explained to us we were then left to browse. We were encouraged to try as many as we wanted. All three members of staff were very friendly and helpful. It was lovely being given a free mattress protector I was offered a duvet but sadly declined due to the fact it would not have been winter warm for me due to underlying health issues.

We had already chosen which bed to purchase there was no pressure sale into anything else. Smooth transaction and pleasant ser vice.
