First time buying from Dreams. Went looking for mattress, was offered to try machine to find the best mattress. Given the best options according to our budget. Able to try the mattress in store, good quality of the product. Very happy with experience will likely return in the future as well as advice it to others.

Kacey was a charming, very knowledgable and very helpful store assistant who was also patient when we changed our minds on some items and made sure we were happy with our purchases. She is a great asset to the Kings Lynn store team and particularly impressive for someone so young.
