Dealt with by Gina, at your Kings Lynn store, who was very knowledgeable about the products and their availability for me. she went to a great deal of trouble to try to fit the product to our wishes even to showing us a different selection of products not on the main shop floor and which we eventually chose. We were very impressed by Gina and the trouble she went to too help us out. We could not praise her enough.

At your store in Kings Lynn your assistant named Gail could not have been more helpful. I used the machine to let me know the type of mattress/bed I needed and she went to the greatest trouble to advise me what to buy and then left me to decide. Having decided on a bed she then said there were others on the above floor which we may prefer and it was one of these that we finally chose. She was very pleasant and could not have been more helpful. A great credit to herself and to the store.
