gina, was our assistant in Kings Lynn, she was helpful, but not pushy, she gave us the information we needed and then left us to talk and think about everything. No pressure to do a sale, really was lovely and refreshing

Very welcoming nice atmosphere happy for my mother to take her time choosing colours and design lying down trying out the bed . Happy to give is a quote to take away no pressure and when we returned to place order they were very patient going over details, and explaining the price etc we even got a lovely. Cup of tea .

A member of staff approached us as soon as we entered the store and asked if we needed any help. We were looking for a particular bed and the lady told us where it was. We looked but couldn’t find it so went to leave the store. As we were about to leave the same member of staff asked if we saw it and because we didn’t she took us to it. She then helped us find a suitable mattress and gave us options to try out. We placed our order which was a very easy and pleasant experience and even got offered a hot drink!

Brook was very friendly and knowledgable about the products. We did not feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. All the staff in the store were very friendly and welcoming. We were offered drinks and even various pillows to try.

We were very pleased with the service we received at the kings Lynn store from Gina, she was very helpful with our choice of bed and mattress but didn't pressure us or try to steer us. There was a great range of both to choose from and feel we got value for money.
