From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by a lovely lady who offered us a drink. She was just warm and not pushy, which we love in a shopping experience. Well expressed that we didn't know what we were looking for as its our first bed purchase. She aided us with the match service and we were then taken care of by a lovely man called chris. He went through one by one our match selection, giving us information and allowing us to take our time. He gave us pricings and let us make our own decision. The level of service we recieved was outstanding. A service I haven't experienced anywhere else!

MY HUSBAND IS DISABLED AND HAS SPECIFIC NEEDS IN A BED. Rob, who served us, understood his problems and did his utmost to fulfil his needs although, what we wanted was not in your top ten of 'desirables in a new matress' criteria. We were most satisfied and would recomend this shop and Rob to any of our friends.

We had expert help and also tried the equipment to help find out which mattress was best for us - this was a brilliant way to help us choose the right mattress for our needs Was also impressed with the speedy delivery - just a few days and also for free! Other stores wanted to charge us over £30! Well done Dreams😄

They were fantastic and went above and beyond to help and we went in with my little boy who's 5 and he was kept amused and being chatted to whilst we could decide what we wanted with very helpful staff.

Friendly staff, very helpful, no hassle

Extremely helpful and friendly staff; took the time to listen to what we wanted and provided us with numerous options to try. Also allowed us to use the computerized mattress machine to provide us with targeted options based upon our sleep style and (in my case) injuries. Although we were in the store a considerable amount of time trying to decide on a final mattress we were never made to feel pressurized or rushed. Very pleased - thank you.
