First time we have used Dreams. Your representative was more than helpful. Overall a very good experience and would not hesitate to go back again. The price of the item was satisfactory too.

Friendly staff that do not pester their customers. Knowledgable staff that care about the customers budget and don't push to get more money out of the customer! We were helped by Chris, the store manager, who was a great help when we came in store looking for a new mattress on a budget.

All staff was very friendly. They supported each other. We felt they had the time to spend with us and we were not rushed into making any decisions. We had a coffee and a chat about the products. An overall very satisfying experience. Will definitely shop there again.

Christopher who was store manager was EXCELLENT so polite and helpful courteous and knowledgeable and even offered a cup of tea or coffee and did not rush us as it takes time to lay on the designs -We were VERY impressed with the bed tester that showed the result we both knew we needed -We were looking for a top quality firm mattress that is comfy but SUPPORTS in all body positions and gives max space for 2 people with out tipping us into the centre and lasts 8 years

The customer service was exemplary, helped us the whole way and understood our needs.

We were welcomed by Chris (the Store Manager) when we entered the store. He was extremely friendly and helpful and then gave us time to have a look about. We then tried out the Dreams Mattress Machine (sorry I cannot remember the official name) where a lovely Christmas temp helped us through it (she didn't give her name). When the test was complete the temp passed us back over to Chris who showed us all of the mattresses that the test recommended and gave us time to try them all. When we have decided Chris placed the order, he was very informative and helpful answering all over our questions. Can't wait for our new bed to arrive. Thanks Dreams!
