The staff at the the store were friendly and attentive while not being over bearing or pushy. Encouraging us to try many options giving the option to take a trial on equipment that helped decide your needs. Tea and coffee was offered and I felt the different types of mattress's on offer were adequately explained. The staff were willing to take as much time with you as you needed.

Was left to look around on our own initially. Then a lady came and helped us. Was very helpful. Then handed over to a gentleman to place our order who was also very friendly and helpful
