Great service from the sales assitant to find the mattress that suited us best.

We were asked if we needed assistance, then left to browse at our own convenience, when we needed assistance the member of staff was there to help.

Christopher was very knowledgable about the mattresses we were interested in. He also spent lots of time with us, showing us different bed bases & headboards. All in all a very successful visit, would highly recommended this store.

We only went in to have a look. We were met by Laura who was very patient and helpful. We ended up buying two pillows which we are quite happy with at the moment.

It is the second bed that we have bought from your firm and we're happy with our first purchase so, naturally, we came back for our second bed.. everyone in store was so helpful and friendly, a pleasure to deal with.

Laura was amazing and really helpful, she took time to listen to our needs and concerns .. there was also a disruptive customer in the shop which she kept apologising for.. the only issue we had was the computer playing up and that wasn’t anyone in the stores fault .. I would be happy to go back to store and to deal with Laura again, all staff were pretty good in fairness
