The lady that was helping me was very friendly and helpful with helping me with the correct mattress for my purpose.

Customer service was excellent! Served by Chris, he was incredibly helpful. Arranged for us to test pillows, used a machine to test which mattresses would suit us, brought drinks, guided us through the store and what and how things work. He arranged for delivery when we needed it, purchased smoothly and quickly and got us a brilliant deal too. Will be returning to Dreams after this customer experience, beats all the competition!

Paul who dealt with us was very helpful. I have a health condition and need to have a good comfortable bed , when I explained this to Paul he knew exactly what would be best for me. The first bed Paul suggested I try was in fact the one I bought, after trying several others. I also bought a pillow that Paul thought would be good for me. We we're also offered refreshments which I thought was nice. Overall a great visit and will definitely use the store again.

Chris the assistant had time for us & made sure we went out with the mattress which suited our needs.

The staff were very friendly with a Manager from Lowestoft in charge as the King's Lynn Manager was on holiday and he was very helpful and very good at guiding a new younger member off staff. My funds were limited due to recent high vet bills for my Labrador Dog and by offering an in store demo mattress that was due for replacing my needs were well satisfied - sleep match plus a drink was offered and free pillows!!!! What was good was that I did not feel under any pressure to buy which is too often the case these days - an element of some shops' selling techniques that put me off immediately.

Assistant was extremely pleasant and polite. I was given the opportunity to try various different mattresses and this was all done very willingly by the assistant. As soon as we walked in the store we were approached and offered support if we required it.

Staff greeted us but did not pressure us into ‘having’ to entertain help immediately. We were left to look as we pleased but were made aware that assistance was available if we needed it and where to find the staff. We found what we wanted and was given honest advice but never enticed into buying anything more than we wanted. We were provided with expert guidance on the correct mattress for our needs and went home highly satisfied - having spent nearly 2.5K on a new bed and mattress alike.

We had selected the product on line; but wanted to buy in store. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and waited no time before being served. Laura was friendly, helpful and efficient throughout the experience
