We were warmly greeted by Laura. She was very helpful. She knew the stores products and wasn't fazed by our long list of various questions. She made us a coffee and we were able to slowly browse every item in the shop. She gave us the demo bed to show us our sleeping positions. From that test bed she narrowed down our search to which mattress would suit us better. Very pleased with her service. We Had been in Benson for beds prior to Dreams. I even joked to Laura at the time she ought pop in next door and give the man there some training in service

I arrived to the store at 17:55, asked Paul what time the store closed he said they closed at 18:00. Although with there 5 minutes before the store closed, I was welcomed in and supported to look at options available.

I have been having back and neck trouble when sleeping and decided to buy a new bed. I was looked after by Chris who could not have been more helpful. Very knowledgeable and friendly service received, and will definitely return to the store for future purchases. Will also be recommending the store to any friends and family who are looking to buy bedding etc.

Friendly knowledgeable assistant who greeted us on entry to the store,Chris offered my wife and I a drink and gave us the chance to experience the sleep match test He gave us pillows that suited our sleep positions and showed us seven options of mattress to try

All staff were friendly, knowledgeable about your product range, and allowed us the walkaround the store without jumping on us as we walked through the door. When I approached Paul who assisted us, he was very professional and talked through our requirements.

Treated very well by the member of staff offered coffee whilst she processed our order explained all the procedures and listened to our problems on delivery but dealt with them in a very professional way the reason l gave a low score in will l visit this store again is because we are moving to Northamptonshire
