We Were offered help quite soon after entering the store, but we preferred to browse first which was not a problem. Once we decided we needed help, the assistant was available. We were offered to use the ‘Sleep Match’ machine which we were very impressed with and even though we did not actually purchase one of the mattresses recommended, it was the same model but just a ‘firm’ instead of a’medium’. The ‘sleep match’ process did help to narrow our search. We did not feel pressured at any stage of the visit.

Laura was really helpful. The first thing she did was offer to make me a drink, this made the store even more welcoming. She helped me choose the right mattress for me. Laura also explained thst I could secure the sale price of the frame by putting a deposit on. This meant I could get the bed I wanted while waiting to find out the date I needed delivery.

We were not hassled into buying. The assistant approached us and told us the store layout and said he was available if we needed help. When we decided to purchase he told us all about extended guarantee but didn't push us to buy. We had been to other bed shops and were pounced on by staff trying to sell what we didn't want.

All the help I needed including a coffee while I made up my mind, was greeted when entered too

I had purchased from another shop. I entered your shop and a salesman followed us up the stairs. He was just chatty and friendly without being salesy! He showed me how the mid sleeper worked and both myself and my little girl were impressed. We cancelled our order with Bensens for beds and ordered through Dreams there and then. All the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

Customer service and sales gave some crayons and paper to keep my little one occupied
