We were approached as soon as we entered the store by Paul, who was very attentive and knowledgeable about your products and helped us choose the right bed for our needs. I liked that there was no pressure to purchase and everything was explained clearly

The Dreams Colleague Laura was very helpful, she listened to our requirements and took us straight to the type Divan base we were looking for. We were measured up for the type of mattress that would best suit our needs starting with some lifestyle questions. Whilst we were being measured we were offered a cup of coffee, which was much appreciated. We were then shown a selection of suitable mattresses and were able to try them out for comfort, there was a large range to choose from and Laura was very helpful in helping us with our choice explaining the differences and features of each mattress. We made our choice and enjoyed the coffee while the order was processed, all the extra's such as removal or our old bed and mattress were explained, we selected to have the bed assembled for us as we are pensioners. We were able to choose some bed linen so we would be ready to go on delivery as our old bed is a different size and our old linen would not fit. We were offered several delivery dates and we were able to choose one that suited us. A very pleasant experience. Thanks to Laura.
