Very happy with the service in store, everything was explained with good knowlegdgement. Very happy Also we explained we wouldn’t be needing the bed until December and was told the could hold it for us which was brillant aswell

It was our first time purchasing a new mattress, the shop assistant was extremely friendly and helpful and walked us through the entire process and had a good knowledge of the products on offer, all in all it made for an enjoyable shopping experience.

Laura served us at the King's Lynn store. She was attentive suggested that we try the bed match system which helped us with selection. She gave us time and space to talk to one another. Laura organised for the mattress to be put on the type of bed base we were interested in. She talked us through bed base choices and was just overall brilliant!

Greeted by a Very welcoming friendly member of staff but she was not too pushy, gave us time to browse and then was very efficient when we asked for her help. Very knowledgable confident girl, pleasant, friendly and professional. We never felt under pressure to buy but were given all the facts and recommendations for our personal needs.
