Was served by Laura who perfectly balanced being with us to advise and leaving us alone to consider our options without any pressure. She was friendly, offered us a drink and knew the products. Really impressed us with her service.

We were just looking for a new mattress. It was the store manager that helped us, he suggested that we try the sleep-match machine in store which we did, he took us through all of the mattress options afterwards until we were happy with the choice we made. Extremely helpful chap

I expected to have to try every bed in the shop. However the assistant pointed us to the bed which works out which is the most suitable bed, so we only ended up trying 6, and we found these to be a good choice for our needs. As the machine asked us where we have any pain & I had said neck/shoulders, he immediately said there is an issue with pillows. The mattress we eventually chose was was a tempur, and this came with 2 tempur pillows, I was immediately struck with the difference in comfort of these pillows to the ones I currently have.

we found Vadim to be helpfull non pushy let us have all the time we needed to choose our mattress, and show us more thanthe computer said, i tdid take some time to choose but feel very happy with our choice, in all he was a very nice man

The assistant was very helpful, explained everything very thoroughly, we was offered tea or coffee, she even threw in a few extra products with the bed we ordered.
