The customer assistant Chris was extremely helpful. He was attentive to our needs and requirements and made a decision upon a bed based on his recommendations, feedback and of course the sleepmatch. Chris greeted us and made us drinks whilst we went through the paperwork. Chris was extremely helpful and a clear credit to your team and business.

We have never had such excellent service anywhere, my husband actually came out of the shop smiling, this has not happened in 34 years. The store was calm, relaxed not pushy and soooooooo helpful. A lovely shopping experience
