This was myfirst visit to your shop, and I was taken by my son who was helping me following the death of my wife. The visit was gentle and helpful, so thank you. The mattress was delivered today at the arranged time, and by two very helpful persons.

My mum is disabled but the assistant did everything he could so she could try and decide on the correct mattress for her. We could get round the shop and she was able to see everything she wanted to buy.

Staff were very pleasant and efficient

Staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful.

We were met on entering the store and asked we needed any help. Instantly the our needs were met, and we Was shown products that fitted our needs.

The members of staff were very helpful and gave us the option to look round first, (as we hate being pestered). When we made an enquiry into the products available, we were advised by "Laura" to use the special matching machine to evaluate our best option. There were four options available and we decided to go with the technology to test this out first to see what we came up with. But, when we tried the other/different mattresses, we were surprised that it actually works well and decided to purchase a new bed and frame. We had two choices after testing four of them and chose the best one to have. We had coffee and a good chat about the products and were surprised at the knowledge Laura made available to us as a new customer. We were very satisfied with the service. Thank you.

The layout of the store was convenient, all the staff were friendly and the ordering process was quick and easy. Products were competitively priced. Overall a welcoming and highly pleasurable experience

We were offered help as soon as we entered the store and this continued thorough to us making a purchase

I was shown every item that I was interested in and tried every item then was given different prices to what I wanted to do and was then served straight away by the same person very good service.
